Quick Beef Stir Fry Recipe



Stir Fry is a great last-minute option during the week since a lot of ingredients can already be found in your cupboards. In addition, beef stir fry is always a family favorite and comes together in no time and it’s a great way to get your children to eat vegetables.


It is quick. delicious and literally ready to eat in 30 minutes!


Ingredients for this recipe:

• 350g Beef - thinly cut

• 3 cloves of garlic - chopped

• 1/2 medium sized ginger - chopped ginger

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

• 1 large egg • 2 tablespoons corn starch

• Salt to your preferred taste

• Vegetable oil to fry beef


For The Stir fry

• 1 Green bell pepper - thinly sliced

• 1 cup slightly coked Carrots

• ½ peeled thinly sliced onion

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

• 2 tablespoons soy sauce

• 2 tablespoons rice wine
