This rich, silky chocolate ganache is beyond easy to make and perfect for chocolate glazes, filling cakes and even making truffles!
You don’t have to just use cream, I had no heavy cream and used an awesome heavy cream substitute, just milk and butter! This ganache is simply melt in your mouth and versatile to suit almost any dessert!
